When Schmidt Marketing is retained by a law firm to find marketing professionals, Gretchen is responsible for conducting the searches. She has successfully placed a wide range of marketing staff, from CMOs and Marketing Directors to Business Development Directors and Marketing Managers, along with specialty positions (e.g., writers, public relations professionals, etc.) Gretchen has worked with Sally at Schmidt Marketing for seven years; prior to joining the company, she spent six years as an in-house law firm marketing professional and five years working with an affiliation of international law firms.
